This is me again, and I will post a blog about my day. Today at 6:45 I got a bus from our shool to the Hong Kong football club stadium to play an international rugby youth tournament, not a school rugby tournament, this meant that we missed a day off school. There were teams joining us from Singapore and Malaysia, this was my first competitive tournament against another country. The club I play for is called discovery bay pirates, and we had six games, as we where on our last game to win the bowel, the score is 3-1 to us. Dragging on through the 12 of the 15 minutes, the kukris our rivals score another try. On to the last three minutes, one of the kukris makes a brake, but as he runs, a teammate (James) runs and meets him from the side and pounds him over the sideline. As the penalty is called, we form a strong formation to defend our try line. When the siren are blown, the game is carrying on, another penalty is rewarded to the opposition, as the ball is passed out a girl named Clair (aka:Bigfoot, 5.5 foot tall) runs at us, the ball is passed to her and then our biggest player Elias takes her down. Then the whistle is blown for the end of the match . We come off the pitch battered and bruised but at least we won the bowel.
